Carl David
Founder
I am a licensed building contractor and a graduate student in Civil Engineering at
Johns Hopkins University, offering a distinctive combination of expertise,
confidence, and a positive outlook in my role as a general contractor. Leading a
team of skilled professionals, I prioritize job site safety, efficient budget
management, and on-time project delivery. With extensive experience in
constructing single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and subdivisions, I am
well-equipped to lead and execute any construction project successfully.
